The Tenant Handbook is supplied to our Tenants as a courtesy. It is intended to provide a general explanation of services that may be provided by Duke Realty in your building. In addition, the handbook provides information on certain emergency procedures suggested by State and Federal agencies. Duke Realty Corporation disclaims liability for any personal injury, property or other damages of any nature whatsoever, whether special, indirect, consequential or compensatory, directly or indirectly resulting from the publication, use of, or reliance on the handbook. Anyone using this handbook should rely on his or her own independent judgment or, as appropriate, seek the advice of a competent professional in determining the exercise of reasonable care in any given circumstances. Duke Realty Corporation does not intend to urge action that is not in compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Upon request, we can provide building floor plans or help coordinate fire drills. Maps, with exits marked are displayed in common areas where required by law. It is up to you to contact your Property Manager for assistance in developing emergency preparedness plans.
